Precision Laser Cutting & Engraving Service

Upload your DXF or SVG file and we'll cut it on our CO2 laser. Clean edges, tight tolerances, and a $25 flat setup fee (applied to your final quote).

How it works:

1. Choose your material below (Acrylic, Plywood, MDF, Anodized Aluminum).
2. Add to cart — the $25 setup fee is applied.
3. Upload your DXF/SVG file at checkout or reply to your order confirmation email with the file attached.
4. We review dimensions, material fit, and quantity, and email your full quote within 24 hours.
5. Once approved, we cut and ship. Turnaround: 3–7 business days.

Materials we cut on our CO2 laser:

• Acrylic — 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" — clear, colored, mirrored
• Plywood / Baltic Birch — 1/8", 1/4", 3/8"
• MDF — 1/8", 1/4"
• Anodized Aluminum — engraving only (no cutting), tags/plates up to 1/8"

Metal cutting? For structural metal cutting (steel, aluminum, brass), please see our CNC Metal Milling or Metal Art services — CO2 lasers cannot cut structural metal.

Not a fit for: photos, gradient artwork (we can engrave halftones — ask us), or files with fills that aren't converted to paths.

File requirements: DXF or SVG, all text converted to paths, dimensions in inches or mm. Max size 32"×20".
